A useful message says what you are trying to make and where the model needs to end up, whether that is a slicer, a game engine or a headset. If you already tried and the result was not what you expected, describe the input you used and what you hoped for. Feature requests are welcome and we do keep a list. Write in whatever language you are comfortable with.
If a generation fails, stalls, or comes back mangled, email [email protected] with the specifics. Include the date and rough time, the browser and operating system you were on, and which tool you were using. Attach the source image or paste the exact prompt text, since we usually cannot reproduce anything without it. A screenshot of the viewer or the error, plus the downloaded file if you got one, makes the difference between a fix and a guessing game. Tell us whether it happened once or every time. We would rather have one over-detailed report than five vague ones.
If something in the showcase gallery infringes your rights, depicts you without consent, or otherwise should not be there, email [email protected] and we will look at it. Include the exact page URL, identify the specific model or image, and explain your relationship to the material, for example that you own the original work or that it depicts you. If you are making a copyright claim, describe the original and where it can be seen. Reports of abuse, harassment or illegal content get the same address and are treated seriously. Do not send account credentials or payment details; we never need them.
