These terms cover your use of Meshi AI, a free 3D model generator that runs in the browser. Using the site means you accept them. They are short because the service is short on obligations: nothing to buy, nothing to sign, and nothing to cancel.
Meshi AI is free to use and requires no account. You do not register, you do not set a password and we take no payment, so there is no subscription to manage and nothing to cancel. Access is anonymous and available to anyone with a browser. Because there is no account, there is also no stored history tied to you: download what you generate when you generate it. You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your jurisdiction, and where you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
Do not use Meshi AI to produce sexual content involving minors, content that promotes violence or hatred against people, or anything illegal where you are. Do not generate weapons or components intended to cause harm, and do not use the tool to impersonate real people or to create material designed to deceive. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, defeat the Cloudflare Turnstile bot check, scrape the service at scale or automate access against these terms. Do not attack, overload or probe the infrastructure. We may block access that breaks these rules or that threatens the service for everyone else.
You are responsible for what you upload. By uploading an image or supplying a prompt, you confirm you hold the rights needed to do so, or that the material is free of restrictions that your use would breach. Do not upload copyrighted work belonging to someone else, trademarked designs you have no licence for, or photographs of people who have not agreed to it. You grant us the limited permission needed to process your input, generate a result and deliver it back to you. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it.
You keep commercial rights to the 3D models, textures and images you generate here. Use them in games you sell, products you manufacture, client work, films, classroom material or anything else, with no royalty owed to us and no attribution required. We do not claim ownership of your output. That said, ownership of the generated file does not cure a rights problem in the input: if you generate a model from artwork or a photograph you did not have the right to use, the resulting mesh carries that problem with it, and clearing it is your responsibility, not ours.
Rate limits are three 3D generations and five image generations per hour, per visitor. They exist so the service stays free and open rather than being consumed by automated traffic, and we may adjust them as capacity changes. Cloudflare Turnstile runs before generation to screen out bots. The service is provided as it is, without a service level agreement, and it can be slow, queued or unavailable during maintenance, outages or capacity crunches. Features can change or be withdrawn. Generated files are not a backup service, so download anything you care about rather than relying on us to keep it.
Meshi AI is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Generated geometry is machine-produced and may be inaccurate, poorly proportioned or unsuitable for your use. Check anything you intend to print, manufacture, load-bear or ship to customers, and do not treat output as engineering-grade without verifying it yourself. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service or from what you make with it.
